Ramesh, Rohit and Rahul invested Rs. 5,000, Rs 8,500 and Rs 9,000 respectively in a business. If Ramesh got Rs 80 less than Rahul, find the share of profit of each partners Ramesh, Rohit and Rahul invest is Rs 5000 , Rs 8500 and Rs 9000 respectively
Their profit sharing ratio according to their invest is
$5000:8500:9000$
We get $10:17:18$
According to question, it has been stated that Ramesh got Rs 80 less than RahulThis difference in profit is due to difference in their profit sharing ratio
Hence, $18-10=8 units$
This 8 units is equal to Rs 80
That means 1 unit is equal to Rs 10
Now
Ramesh's share of profit=10 units×Rs 10=100
Rohit's share of profit=17 units×Rs 10=170
Rahul's share of profit=18 units×Rs 10=180
